Nominated and didn't even know it!
I heard from a certain blogger today that is nominated for one of the Best of Morocco Blog awards.
It was a funny email. They told me that they rarely read their comments, had been getting depressed about the fact that nobody seemed to ever read their blog, but today they looked at the stats and saw a big jump in site visits.
This led them to look at their comments and it was then that they saw that they had been nominated for the Best of Morocco Blog awards. At this point they put up the Nominated logo, wrote a blog post about being nominated, and are now mobilizing their friends and readers to vote for them. This could certainly shake up the current standings of the Bombies! Expect to see the numbers changing.
What if it were you? What if it were a blog you love? If you see a blog you enjoy in any of the five categories, we encourage you to let them know what they can do to improve their standings…
1) Post the nominated logo and a link
2) Tell their friends and family to vote for them with email, facebook, twitter etc
3) um…check their comments and pay attention to what their readers are saying!
Here is the nominated logo and code for those of you who missed it ;)

Bonjour Morocco Blogs,
I think there’s some kind of problem with the code for the new logo; it’s not working.
And good luck to all the nominees!
Unfortunately the code that we’ve published reformats with too many spaces. This makes it malfunction. As an alternative to eliminating the spaces in the code and fixing the
"" and, you can right click on the logo< copy image location < paste the image address into a blog entry or sidebar text widget withand then hyper link it to moroccoblogs.comor use a “< " and then use href=”http://www.moroccoblogs.com” followed by ">” and “>” and then img src=”http://moroccoblogs.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/nominated.jpg” alt=”” title=”nominated” width=”125? height=”125? / finally the closing “>” and of course the <> with /a in it. Does that make sense?
